can a FIR be registered straight away under above sections
I have received a notice from agra women cell dated 12th august that have complaint registered and have to appear at agra police station on 13th august.
when my parents visited with lawyer we come to know that a FIR has been filed aswell whcih i have copy aswell Ipc 498a, 323, 506, 504, 3/4 and 377 and caw cell told to pay 65 lacs and get divorce
No proofs were attached to FIR neither Notice
now I have to visit on 27th august next date
I stay in delhi and case registered at agra her parents place all allegation in FIR states happened in delhi.

they have option to register FIR at Dehi/Agra and they decided to file case in Agra which is their place of residence and where getting Anticipatory bail is difficult than Delhi.
Proof need not be attached to FIR.
