Can My brother file the case of divorce, the case of under section 9 is already take place. We file this case march 2011 , after attaining many dates their is no response from other party side . Can ve file the case of divorce and whats is the consequence and how we file the case and solve this problem.

Without withdrawing the RCR first, you can not file divorce suit.

My Bhabhi Filed the case of Dowry now. Whts we can do While our case is already going in court of section.9. She file the complaint against my brother my mom and my father. She Left our house after the seven days of marriage along with her all think . We give all the think like. cloths bed, gold, almera ect in fornt of surpanch and her mother came and taken all the think. plz. tell how we tackle the sitution.
