Sir, I want to File a PIL in Supreme Court of India . But i don,t Know the Procedure and don't Have enough money to Hire a Lawyer. So Please help me .

What is the subject on which you would like file PIL? I agree with expert Saleema Kabeer that you can avail the services of free legal aid committee, if the matter is really in the public interest.

You can buy a book on PIL in any law book sellers. That will give you a detailed procedure.

PIL application is very simple . It is just like application under Article 226 of the Constitution only difference is that you shall have to follow Article 32 instead of Article 226. Care should have to be taken up while drafting the petition so that pith holes can be avoided otherwise petition will be rejected. Take help of the LEGAL AID SOCIETY of Supreme Court.
