Backward class certi in punjab

Sir,
my father is working in punjab elec. city board as junior engineer, that is not class-I job, his income is near 7 lac per annum , am i eligible for getting backward class certificate ?

Backward certificate can be issued if he does not belongs to any category
to Persons/section mentioned in column 3 of the Schedule of Punjab Govt. Department of Welfare Letter No. 1/41/93/RCI-459 Date: 17-1-94 and 1/41/93-RC 11597 Dated: 17-8-2005.

Certificate for non creamy layer can be obtained if income is less then Rs. 6 lacs.

Yes, I also agree with expert Shri Rajendra Goyal. You can get OBC caste certificate but can not claim reservations as your family income is above Rs.6 lakhs.

Agreed with the experts views that it will be difficult to obtain non-creamy lawyer certificate with the given income.
