Complaint against collector

Dear Sir,

You are requested to pls give me advise for criminal complaint case.

If illegally siezed some property without any intemation was given by collector and tahsildar.

But our actual dispute to other governing party in arbitration court will be still pending.Arbitration Tribunal side no any order for siezing property.But without any proper intemation are given by opposite party & suddenly & individually dicision was give to collector for recovery.
Then collector order give to tahsildar for siezing our property. Now,what will do.....

May i apply against complaint case to collector and tahsildar in criminal court or any.... pls guide me.

Who has passed an interim order or final order in arbitration proceedings or by any body else?

No Order passed by any authority.Individually decide and order given by oppossite governing party instruct to collector for siezing property.

No right to opposite party and collector for siezed our property this contempt.

Then i ask i am applying for cjm court for complaint case yes or no....or any case

Individual party has got no legal right to approach collector to seize the property of the another party pending the litigation. A wrong order action has been initiated which not only can be challenged before the higher appellate court but also this is a criminal offence to seize one's property without having lawful orders hence a criminal case can also be filed.
