Noc required from society for selling my flat

Dear Sir,

I require a No Dues from my Society to Sell my Flat.

Are there any Legal Charges to be Paid to the Society.

If so what are the same.

Can i Take the same in Writing from the Society and if there is an Administrator - Will he Demand any Money for the same.

For mere NOC no charges is to be paid to the society unless any maintenance charges is due from you.

no charges to be paid to society for issue of no dues certificate .

No charges need to be paid provided any fixed in any resolution or byelaws exist to the effect.

It depends upon the bye-laws of the society, however, generally such charges are not payable at this stage.

No amount can be charged for providing NOC however, the transfer fee can be charged to the extent of Rs. 25,000/-

Who will Pay the Transfer Fees as per Law - The Buyer or the Seller or is it 50-50.
