I am seeking a lawyer who specialize in property law and government law. Someone people has cancelled my “Land Record” using the Krishnanager “BLR office” through bribes and “Re-corded my land” to their names. I have my original official land registration, copy of the original Land Record from BLR office and receipts that prove that I have paying taxes for my land. The corrupt official at the BLR office influence by money and local politician has removed my name from my land records and put someone else’s name for my land .
I need a potent and highly qualified layer to file a lawsuit against the BLR Office and/or the government of west Bengal for illegally transferring my land to someone else’s name.
Your recommendation will be highly appreciated.

Thank you all. I did Google search and didn't find any lawyer practicing at Krishnanagar, Nadia, WB Court. I may have to visit the court house to find one. Any additional help would be appreciated.
