Respected Sir,
Someone my relative is residing in USA. He is 85 years old. He is in in nursing home. He has property in USA and India. His son is his general power of attorney regarding all his properties in USA and India. One of his property in India is under dispute. Whether his son who is his GPA holder can appoint a special power of attorney to look after his disputed case in court and to appoint an advocate for the same??

Dear sir..Thanks for the advice. But sir my relative son is residing in USA and it is impracticable for him to visit India if it calls.. is there any provision regarding this that after engaging a lawyer..he never needs to visit India??
