Hi. I require one urgent help. We filled for MCD 6 months back. in both the hearings (First and 2nd motion) we both said that we want to continue with divorce and in 2nd hearing judge said that we will get the order effecting from 2nd motion date(same date of 2nd hearing) we are yet to receive papers. If we both want to revoke divorce can we do that?is it possible?
Thanks

iT IS TOO LATE NOW ESPECIALLY OF THE ORDER IS PASSED.
Sometimes it is not signed immediately even if passed by the judge.

Generally court does not accept such demand to reconsider the orders. You would be lucky if court agrees.
If court does not agree you can remarry.

Nothing prevents you to make an effort. Keeping in view of the people like you, before passing MCD two hearings are given. Anyway even if the judge passes the order, you can remarry and register the marriage to avoid all legal complications in future.

Once the orders have been passed in the open court, it is final, preparing the written judgment will take time but it will not entitle to revoke the judgment already pronounced.
