RESPECTED SIR/ MADAM
MY QUERY IS THAT I NEED YOUR URGENT ADVICE ON THE LISTS OF DOCUMENTS THAT NEED TO BE CHECKED WHILE PURCHASING A SOCIETY FLAT IN NOIDA. SINCE NOIDA HAS ONLY LEASEHOLD PROPERTY SO KINDLY TELL ME ABOUT ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS THAT I SHOULD CHECK BEFORE ENTERING INTO ANY SELL / PURCHASE PROCESS. I WANT TO PURCHASE A SOCIETY FLAT IN RAIL VIHAR SECTOR 30 NOIDA KINDLY HELP ME WITH THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS THAT I SHOULD CHECK.

Generally the document of registeration of society, NOC obtained, permission to acquire land, sanctioned plan of the building, bye-laws of the society, completion certificate, perpetutal lease deed etc. etc. there are number of documents to be cehcked and verified from authorities.
Consult a local lawyer in your benefit.

Do not go for online help. Engage a local lawyer and show him all papers. Without seeing title deeds no one can render you proper help.

Worth spending legal charges while purchasing the property that too when the seller is lease-holder. Take guidance from other co-purchasers and consult good advocate.
