Sir, Who will give information on any litigations is my query. As everything is in my name. and also got it only a month back. These litigation rumours are from the locals so i need an official to validate to sell my property who would be contact?

When you have documents in your hands, you can as well show the documents to the prospective buyers. Nobody will give any such certificate that there are no litigations on the property.

1. The buyer can get the non encumbrance / confirmation from his lawyer.
2. If the buyer agree you can confirm through affidavit that no litigation is pending on the land.
3. Generally the sale deed has the language confirming that no litigation is pending and the land is not under notice for acquirement.

you are free to dispose the property if rumours are unfounded
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 19 October 2014
It is for the buyer to satisfy about the reliability. Ask him to see the papers, take an opinion from his lawyer and then proceed, at the same time, you may also have a legal opinion in your possession to prove your valid and marketable title to the property.
