Sir, I have patta,chitta and EC everything with me yet the local area people are stopping my buyers saying the property is on litigation. Will the VO give use the NOC on this as I know and he should know that there is no litigation yet he isnt giving me. I recently only got the PATTA/CHITTA and EC as well and everthing is in my name. Pleas assist.

Is any litigation pending?
If no then buyers can purchase the same. Convince them to o so.

Sir, Who will give information on any litigations is my query. As everything is in my name. and also got it only a month back. These litigation rumours are from the locals so i need an official to validate to sell my property who would be contact?

When you have documents in your hands, you can as well show the documents to the prospective buyers. Nobody will give any such certificate that there are no litigations on the property.

1. The buyer can get the non encumbrance / confirmation from his lawyer.
2. If the buyer agree you can confirm through affidavit that no litigation is pending on the land.
3. Generally the sale deed has the language confirming that no litigation is pending and the land is not under notice for acquirement.

It is for the buyer to satisfy about the reliability. Ask him to see the papers, take an opinion from his lawyer and then proceed, at the same time, you may also have a legal opinion in your possession to prove your valid and marketable title to the property.
