Filing case against bbmp

(Querist) 08 November 2014 This query is : Resolved
can I file writ petition against the order of joint commissioner cancelling khata isued to me on the ground that my brother has objected that I have submitted a forged Will of my father., and transferring the khata in the name of my deceased mother, incidentally the BBMP has issued Khata in my mother's name based on the same Will in 2009
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 08 November 2014
File writ petition in high court. Meet a local lawyer with all papers.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 13 November 2014
You can approach the civil court itself for getting this relief since this objected by your brother, the Joint commissioner without proper enquiry shall not be able to transfer the Khatha on your name too, hence a case before a civil court seeking its direction to the joint commissioner to transfer the katha on your name will be the better remedy.
