I want to know can suiside note be treated as dying declaration,what is evidentary value of suicide note.its urgent bcoz case is posted for tomorrow i.e. 28/11/09.Regards

Yea, Mr Vinod Suicide note has got an evidentiary value, it is a written documentary proof to show the deceased has committed the suicide or the person has endured/attempted to committe the suicide. if there is death it can definatly treated as part of dying declration, if the contents of it goes to prove some facts and circumstance. Go thru evidence Act clearly to know more for arguments.

Such note should be gone in depth and if it not supported with the convincing reliable connected evidence giving reasonable truthfulnes of such note only then this piece of evidence can be taken into consideration otherwise such type of document cannot be relied upon.
