Respected,
Sir I was appointed for counsellor in an institute. But they made me do some other work. They found some clerical mistake in my work. My boss fired me without any prior notice. Said that they will not release my salary and security money. They made employees work on Gazette holidays. They have not given me PF number and ESI card. I went to police station, my boss said they'll release my money and now they are not responding.
What steps should I take? ?

pls approach the labour court immediately. hope you have written this is at an earlier time and not after a long gap after being fired.

You did well by succeeding to pull them to police station. Obain thru RTI the certified copy of your complaint, name of inquiry officer, reply of company's official, and submit your report that the boss has not complied......
Request the SHO to register FOR u/s 406,420.
As suggested by Mrs. Hariharam submit I'm writing to good offices of appointing authority, MD, to supply you the Salary slips of all month, PF number & A/V slips,ESIC CARD, original correct FnF statement ,payment of Wages by bank DD thru Redg. Post only....
You can also lodge complaint with Employees union's, trade unions, Inspector under Payment of Wages Act,Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, Board/University with which the Inst is affiliated, State Education Act ,RPFC,ESIC jurisdictional office,,preferably thru your Labor Law Consultant...

Mam I have video proof of my boss. my biometric to prove that I have worked on Gazette holidays but not proper salary statement.they have not given me Xerox of my agreement.

I have sent them legal notice through state level labour office. My hearing date is on 12/12/2014. I can't afford a lawyer. I need little guidance as I'll stand for myself.
