Paternal land dispute

(Querist) 30 November 2014 This query is : Resolved
Sir, My Grandfather was having 4 sons and 3 daughters. He left 20 bigha agriculture land to be divided in his four sons after his death. The partition of land was mutually after his death but now after 7-8 years of his death my elder uncle wants a bigger part and even he is not allowing us to go to our land through his partition, as it is his land. I dont want to do a court case, can we have any other option so that we can handle it leagally.

1. If you do not prefer to go to court then be tactful and handle this issue by involving some of your elderly relatives who can pacify the issue.

If the partition deed is registered then it has to be followed.

With the intervention of elders try to register the deed this time.

If the owner has left a will get it probated.
