Sir pls tell me hw i proof my husband income...he is a businessman...he has shop in his father name who is no more...he is earning very handsome sum..he pay sales tax and income tax bt very less.he not shown his real income in that..he is only son..sir pls suggest me...

his lifestyle will give an idea of his income . cars owned by him , membership of clubs , credit cards owned by him . ,amount spent by your husband on his holidays etc

you can request court to direct husband to produce his income tax returns . draw attention of the court to suppression of income by husband as he would not have been able to afford luxurious life syle led by him

IT return is another option. In any case if fails to disprove the income cited by you, the court will accept your version to be true.
