plz tell me sir which law is use in the real estate industry.i want to become a legal advisor in this sector .

You must be an advocate to render legal advise in this sector. (One must have thorough knowledge of all the acts, ie., Transfer of property Act, Personal Laws (like Hindu/Muslim laws, Hindu Succession Act) and also Criminal Laws which are necessary to provide legal opinion properly).
