Registration under govt. of india

Dear Sir,
My name is Satyajit Dhar. I want to open a computer training institute. I had already taken registration from DIC for my institute. As DIC gives registration only State Govt. but i also want that my institute should go register under central govt. Kindly make me clear if there is any procedure for it as i dn't have any idea regarding this matter. Thank you.........

The registration with the State Government would be sufficient for the purpose. It is the fundamental right of any person to undertake any business of his choice, unless the activity is harmful to the public or there is a specific law which requires a permission. The registration from the DIC assures that no such permission is required.

Why you want to get registration from center?

State registration should be enough.

DIC is good counselor for self-employed. You can consult them and they will guide you.
