Respected experts,
Thank You so much for your valuable guidance...I still wish to ask Ajay Sethi Sir 2 questions: 1)Sir, if I obtain a letter from that lady, how /what type of letter should it be? As in should it be like an affidavit/on a stamp paper or on some relevant letterhead? In short what kind of letter will hold water in the court Sir? 2)Could u also please tell me Sir, in short what exactly is "summary suit for recovery of money "..I also wish to thank Rajendra Goyal Sir and wish to ask: Sir, what exactly is the meaning of ur last clause: "You should get the payment documented, while receiving it."..Could u elaborate?..I also want to thank all the experts once again for their valuable time and help...Thank You so much once again..

I have gone through your previous thread, in which learned experts already well advised you.
You should contact local lawyer immediately without wasting time to issue notice for complaint u/s 138.

summary suit is civil suit for recovery of money together with interest .
i had advised you to file summary suit as results are faster .
the letter from lady should be on her letter head wherein she should admit her liability to pay amount due and payable together with interest .

Thank You Experts..Especially Ajay Sethi Sir and Shailesh Shah Sir....I know that my query appears repetitive but it is not a repeated query..Actually I wanted the clarification of three points which I clearly mentioned in my query and out of those three points, two points were clarified by Ajay Sethi Sir above.. Hence my query was a continued query and not a repititive one...I am still unable to understand the third point as mentioned by Rajendra Goyal Sir "You should get the payment documented, while receiving it."..Thank You for your time and help...
