Right of my daughter in wife's property

(Querist) 31 December 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I myself and my wife are salaried employees. I have my own house, purchased by myself before marriage. My wife purchase separate house. That house is on her name but maternal name (She live in her house along with her parents, brothers and brother in law.)
We have one daughter only. -let me know Is my daughter have legal right in her mothers house?

As regards to legal heirs : who are the legal heirs in this case ?

No as long as her mother is alive.

as long as your wife is alive her daughter has no rights on said house . if your wife dies intestate your daughter will be one of the legal heirs
