Summons outside india

how to send asummons of family court to Newzealand ? the person is in Newzealand but some how avoiding summons sent to his address
Pl guide me...

Summons or notice of case can be sent though India Post/Speed Post. The postal receipt and track report available in the India Post website is acceptabe in court.
