in case of agricultural land 5.5 acres and situated at uttar pradesh, story would be differ.
only your father, uncle and unmarried sister have right on 5.5 acres land.
your uncle self acquired property, no one have right.

All sisters of your father and his brother have equal share in the property which is in the name of your Grand Father.
Property in the name of your uncle can not be claimed by any other as he is absolute owner of it.
Your mother has share in her father's property.

What do you mean by stay? all the legal heirs of your grandfather will have equal rights in his intestate properties. The situation practical is different from the law. Your father cannot take away any share beyond his entitlement from co-sharers without their consent, so better do not ask for wrong advises here.
