hello sir i am tarsem singh .I want to take a advice to you.Actuaally i want to make a passpiort of my sister she was born in 25feb 1990 but her date of birth not registerd in distric hospital .when i ask to distric hospital .He says that her date of birth is not available and he provided the not found .I want to ask you how to made a birth certifiacate and their fee.Please give me the suitale advice for next step

you need to obtain an order of magistrate for getting birth registered .VISIT a local lawyer in district of her birth.

Birth & death reported after one year of its occurrence can be registered on an order made by the area Magistrate i.e. SDM or the first class Magistrate or a Presidency Magistrate and on payment of prescribed late fee.
