Before getting divorce decree from court if a wife tries to get a job saying that she is unmarried what kind of criminal cases put against her and which section.when husband has got a document from employer that she wrote in appling job form that she is unmarried.pls suggest case and sections

she has suppressed material facts . let employer take necessary action against her . no need for husband to file criminal case against wife .

It seems that employment was not given. Disciplinary action can be taken by Employer if employment given.

She has done job there for 2 years period.perhaps in the begining stage her employer who is a pvt collage did not know about truth.after 2 years she resigned.i filed rti after 2 years of her resign .what should i do when collage dont take action?i want to take action anyhow.

It is for the college administration to initiate disciplinary action against their erring staff, you cannot do anything on it.
