Sir,
An youth Sultan Khan was promised by one person for arranging a job for him in abroad and charged Rs 1.75 lakh in hand cash. After waiting of almost three years while the victim lost his both legs in an accident asked to return the money back. The accused refused to give money back. The victim lodged the complain against him on 12 January 2015. After seeing that no action is being taken by the local police, the victim decided to go higher authority for justice but Police forced for a compromise and not to go to the higher authorities and and delayed to take any action against the accused.said victim Riyaz Hussain now has been immigrated to Malaysia this week without giving the money back or any promised of giving money in future. It has been noticed that he has some political power which made police not to take any action against him and let him immigrated to Malaysia with the help of local police.
Now my query is that what the action could be taken against the accused and local police?
Is there any chance to take the accused back in India?

Whether the person was running a company/agency to send people abroad or was it a registered company?, if no is the answer, then with the non-cooperative police it will be very difficult to recover the money.

WHEN IT WAS EASY YOU COULD NOT MANAGE THEN NOW IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE IF POLICE IS NOT COOPERATING.
