I am from bangalore

Person A have sold property to Developer by paying stamp duty and sub registrar fees in SRO

After dc conversion Developer has made 33 sites and sold it to his 32 customers. One of them is me who has purchased site by paying stamp duty in SRO

Khata is in my name
I am paying the Property tax from the begining till date
After paying the betterment charges i have A suvarna khata in my name

After 14 years now one of A`s daughter filed a case on our sites on that particular Survey Number which consist of 33 sites

Can she win a case ?
How to recover my site ?
What should we do ?

I hope you had gone through all the papers before buying the property.

She has less chance of getting it back,

but cannot comment without knowing about the documents.

First of all your query is of commercial nature for which you could well have consulted or got clarifications from your own lawyer.

Secondly, your query, "after 14 years now one of A`s daughter filed a case on our sites on that particular Survey Number which consist of 33 sites," is quite incomplete. The question arises, what is the nature of case and for what purpose the daughter has filed a case, whether A is still alive or not, etc.?

Thirdly, your supplementary query addresed to Mrs Jayashree Hariharan is quite irrelevant when you ask, "As per your opinion if all the documents are perfect from myside then She wont win the case right madam?" The question arises, when you have not shown her the papers to verify the perfection of documents, how she can say whether the opposite party will or won't win the case?
