In my 125 opposite party has filed discovery application for my salary slip and bank account statement, after that without our knowledge same they had given closing. Now opposite party asking for objection for discovery application. My question is,
1. Is discovery application applicable in crpc 125?
2. After giving closing, opposite party can ask for objection?

Yes, discovery application is applicable in Cr.Pc 125.

inorder to determine amount of maintenance payable it is necessary that salary slip/bank statement be produced to determine quantum of maintenance payable

But Ajay sir and Rajendra sir,
Before this opposite party lawyer had sent summons and warrant for asking salary slip and other detail to other company considering my company. After failing in this he had withdrawn his summons and warrant and given discovery application(cpc 113) for the same. And at the same day without our knowledge he had given his closing.
He wanted to prove my salary xyz rupees.
So it is he, who has to prove my salary.
Our stage is not yet started.
So Whatever my salary i will put in my evidence.
Isn't it correct?
