I request the LCI Members to kindly share the following Government Order issued by the Government of TamilNadu - Revenue Department.
G.O. Ms. No.105, Revenue Department; Dated : 07.03.2001.
I need this G.O. to fight against the encroachment in the Water areas.

Dear Friends, First I thanks for your kind reply.
The matter is now going to Supreme Court to remove the encroachment by my advocate.
G.O. relates to appointment of committee at taluk level to remove the encroachment. Exact content not known.
My Advocate and his colleague are searching for this G.O. issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu. It is not available.
If anybody has a copy of G.O. Ms. No.105, Revenue Department; Dated : 07.03.2001, kindly share with me. It will be a big help to the society.

You cannot get such information from here because the experts are not mobile library to carry them in their possession, if your advocate is not able to get them, you may approach the staff of concerned revenue department itself who will oblige you to give a hint or link to the source.
