Ms. Pushpakrishna,
Quite a vague query.
No effect. Depends upon the characteristics of each case.
Even otherwise also, no effect can be considered with reference to the acdemic nature of your query that too when you refer the will case of HC of 2015, while the will case of SC relates to 8 years back (2007).
Can you clarify, how that happened, when you had already got decision of the SC 8 years back, why did you feel to file the case in the HC, lower than SC?
Another query arises, if you are talking about some real case, why you could not get such query answered by your own lawyers, who fought your cases in HC and SC?

Dear Experts,Thank you very much for your kind response.
please note that the case was posted for arguments before the Revenue authorities. on the date of arguments i submitted the Hon'ble Supreme Court Judgement (2007) while the other side submitted the Judgement Hon,ble A.p High Court Judgement(2015)it is against for me. Hence i requested the experts to advice on the matter. Thank you sir once again.

Dear author, first make yourself clear about what you want to ask and what have you narrated here. Your query was not making any sense until you have subsequently clarified, do not expect the experts here to be astrologers to read what you have in your mind while posting certain queries. The judgments you refer may not have reliability to your case hence the court might have brushed away your citation, consult your lawyer for further course of action in this regard.
