Threat to kill

Dear sir

Someone threating me and my family to kill.
I want to know is there any way to file a complaint against him, and also want that he does not come know i have complaint against him?

you can write complaint and lodged to police station, they will take care. or file Pvt complaint against him at judicial magistrate

If i file in police station he will able to know by police verification,
But what about pvt Complaint please explain.

How the threat is received by you?

If possible record the threat and lodge complaint with the police. If police refuse to lodge complaint, file direct complaint with the magistrate.

It is better you lodge a complaint against that person who threatens you instead of taking some other approach for this.
