My Mother has recently expired. She has as per her Unregistered Will wished to give her Shares in Demat form to me. I am yet to receive that. My question is whether i can transfer those shares or part of those shares
to my son upon receiving in my account ? If yes how soon i can transfer the smae ?

Vague query!

You have not yet reached even the first step of the staircase and have asked, what to do after reaching top of the building.

Your question is quite premature. First get the shares transferred in your own name and then ask such a question.

You can transfer the shares to your son's demat account, immediately after you receive the same in your demat a/c.

First you get it transferred in your name. Then you can transfer in your son's name.

Yes after receiving it in your account, if you are so much keen to transfer the same to your son's demat account, nobody can stop you from doing so.
