Dear Sir,
my wife has my home since 40 years and she sue for maintenance and court awarded the sum.she mentioned hermentioned her age wrong & residential address is too.i admitted the divorce case on1-8-2013 but since there is no progress. she is a B A with Entire english & also work as teacher but schoo administator refuse her attendance as teacher.Now what step i have to take for divorce.I am a 70 year old man.Please guide me & save my life too

You have to proceed the cases filed by you you and oppose the claims against you. Consult some senior lawyer.

Don't you have any children? This is the age of reconciliation though there are differences. Who has filed the divorce case. If you have filed, you can represent the court seeking the employment details from the School through court intervention. No expert would like to advice you to severe the marriage bond at this stage. Of course, it is your decision. But if you wish to live peacefully instead of taking rounds to the court, you should rope-in the well wishers and settle the differences.

1. Prima facie your query is hypothetical and not a real story.
2. If you are 70 years old and your beloved must be around 70 years, then did she not retire from her job of teaching? 3. She is in possession of your house since last 40 years and demanding maintenance, what is the relevance of these information with respect to your query.
4. You are liable to maintain her (socially, morally and legally), do you want to get her out of your life and starve/stay on road-side? Did you find out some other "girl-friend as substitute of your wife?
5. What do you expect from your beloved (wife) and experts on this platform.
6. Talk with her to find out amicable solution.

GOD will award a decree for divorce very soon. Wait till then and pay your wife interim maintainence regularly and month by month.
