Sir, My Brother who is a regular APSRTC Employee (Deputy Superintendent-Traffic)served from 2004 to 2007 (he also completed his probation period successfully) absented his duties from then. Later, after some time, he was removed from job. My query is can he get back his lost job?? If so, How?? Please guide us.

The generic answers won't help you much.

You may show appointment letter, confirmation letter, Conduct and Discipline Rules,show cause notice if any supplied by employer, termination order, etc to an able Labor Law Consultant/Service Matters Lawyer/Law firm and understand the merits and remedies and proceed further under expert advise of your lawyer.

Administrative matter. Unless the entire case papers are examined, no fruitful advice can be given. Engage a local lawyer for this purpose.
