change in registered flat sale agreement.

Can we make changes in the registered flat sale agreement ?
I have by-mistakenly entered the wrong flat number in one of the sale agreement, and now it is nearly a year the sale agreement is registered.

Your Question is quite ambiguous, but one can rectify the mistake in curtain cases even after the registration is made.
