Hi,
I receive property from my Nanaji (father in law) he transferred all his property on my individual self (Farming property ). Later on i transferred half of the property to my younger brother. Now my younger brother has built a house on the property which is on my own name after demolish my fathers house where we lived jointly. my father is no more and i lived in some other place and now when i go to build my house on the property which is on my name my younger brother is denying to give the property of me and are claiming some more property from me.
Important Note :- I am not living on the property from last 20 Year but i occasionally visit there. My brothers family have been using my property for farming after taking my verbal permission.
My question is :-
Can i claim a stay on the house they have buildup on my property ? Can they claim some more property from us ? Will this property consider as my self acquired property ?

Who had transferred you the land, "Nanaji" or Father-in-Law? How was it transferred?

What type of stay you want, your brother is already build and using the property? What type of claim you are referring?
All the documents need to be referred, consult local lawyer.

Consult a Local good senior advocate.I would like to refer you a case of relatives of a Very powerful politician of Hyderabad who had built a building at Banjara Hills in the Land of an innocent Lady.Court finally gave an Excellent Order for Demolition.
The property i received by my nanaji (Grand Father) with a will deed. and after a few year the authority has come and they registered the property on my name it is called as chak bandi in local language. The house which was build by my brother is solely on my name. But they have build it without my permission. Can i claim a stay order or share in the house which they have build. or what legle action i can take on this matter.
