Hi
I was born on 23/01/1989, at civil hospital,sirsa (haryana).
But my birth was not registered at that time.
Now i stay at delhi
I need my birth certificate.
how can i get it???
tell me the actions I need to take...
plzz do reply ASAP!!!!!!

there shd be record when yr mother was admitted as a maternity patient, that date of admission could be taken as your birth date on that basis the hospital registrar can issue a certificate of your birth.
that certificate is your fundamental right.

File RTI application in the civil hospital asking the details of your birth certificate. If there is no response, file Appeal and Second appeal. You will get quick result.

Obtain copy of record from the hospital, get your DOB registered with the Registrar Births and deaths by paying late fee and following prescribed procedure and get the certificate.
5 -C Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 And Haryana Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 2002
c. If an event has not been registered within one year, then the registration of such an event can be done only on an order of the Sub Division Magistrate under whose jurisdiction area falls and on payment
of late fee Rs. 10=00 and Penalty Rs. 25=00
