medical leave

Sir i m working in a electronic company in uttarakhand. I am working in this company since 2013 . DUE to accident i have to go through my leg surgery. I informed my hr department orally. It took 8 month to recover me from 7 nov 2014 to 27 june 2015.i have medical of 8 month.but when i came to join company my hr told me that 8 month medical can not be considered. Is there any provision of regarding this. Please help me..they are not accepting my medical certificate

Send medical by registered post or speed post. They can't challenge a medical certificate granted by a qualified/ authorised medical practitioner.

Sir thank for this.i want to ask 1 more thing about it .according to the hr of my company he said that 8 month leave can not be considered.They also told me to join again company as a new employee..but i can't join as a old employee..means every formality regarding joining will be done again..like new joining letter .i asked him why my medical is not valid, they did not answered. What should I do now sir

Do first things first. Without termination or resignation there is no sense of asking for your joining as new employee. Let them give you in writing, whatever they desire.

Forget about your HR. You are being mislead and you are falling into the trap!

Termination during sickness is a bad order.


Seek advise of Shri P.S.Dhingra on how to draft your representations covering verbal information and all representations to HR person etc!

Sir today i m in my company. They are saying that ur medical leave duration is too long and you did not submitted any note in written during ur leave to inform us about how much time would the time take for recover.i contact them during the leave verbally only.they are saying that its too late and ur pf account is laps due this long medical leave.
