Regarding documents & salary issue

Entire team has not received salary from 3 months & now the director is denying to pay & give required documents. Few months back we were a service company & then merged in to a product company. Taken over by U.S company. Now our Indian company is denying to pay us & suggesting us to demand to US company but US company also is denying. We have only signed NDA, nothing else.
What we can do?

You have to issue a legal notice to the company demanding your salary and after that decide next course.
