my brother,s unemployed living separately from his wife and his divorce case is going on ,currently by judges decision he had to pay 6000 rs per month for maintenance plus 1 lac additional but problem is my brother right now had no proper job,for him this money is very difficult,my sister in law is MA an had son 9 years she lives in our house uses all facilities and don't pay electricity or water bills.last month my mother had stroke n she was hospitalized because of bills my brother was not able to give money and today he received warrant from court. we are unable to pay money what should we do get out of problem n my brother get divorce easy divorce please help us

Every male are liable to maintain their wife, children and parents who are unable to maintain them.
unless your brother proved that his wife is having sufficient income to maintain her, he have no other way but to paying the maintenance amount as of court order.

If U can kindly elaborate the reasons for their separation,We can come to a conclusion as to why his wife is so harsh towards him.

As per court orders, maintenance has tobe paid till orders revised. Your brother should prey the court regarding his income and prove that his wife has enough income.
In whose name the house is? If it is matrimonial house, she has right to live in.
