How to withdraw a non cognizable police complaint?

Hi, I filed a complaint on verbal abuse against a laundry owner in February and want to know how to withdraw the case which has already been registered at the saket court? Due to my work schedules i am unable to appear in court and now the cop who was in charge in that police station sends me a text saying 11/9/2015 is the court date and if i dont appear the court will take action against me... Is this true? I have no clue how this works. Please help me!Thank you.

Better Attend the Court on that date.Discuss with your Laundry Owner and Say that You are With Drawing the Case If he is happy and Co operative You could say In the Court On that Date that Both are In for Compromise and the Suit would be Dismissed.Other Wise If Other Side is Not Willing for A Compromise the case to be Contested.Consult your Local Good advocate.

Attend the court on scheduled date. Discuss with your lawyer regarding withdrawal of the case.
