Transaction of inami land

Respected sir,
I want to know how Inami lands are transferred legally.
This is an hypothetical case which has three main entities-a lawyer, farmer and a person X
Lawyer persudes his close aid to enter into a transaction with an inami land of # s.no. Court releases the s.no and calls for the farmer. The farmer doesn't appear in court after repeated appeals, then Mr.X approaches courts and registers land on his name.
Then X makes sale of the land and shares profit with the lawyer, farmer and the himself.
My question is-
^How legal is the procedure?
^What are the loopholes, if any?
^Is the land salable?
Pl help. I'm not a law person, my question may not be detailed or to the point. Excuse me

You want to know about the legal position of the illegal transaction that took place by paying fraud on court as well, right?, if you are an affected party, you may gather evidences against it and file a petition to implead yourself as a party to the suit decreed exparte by filing a petition to set aside the exparte decree on the grounds you rely upon and seek relief.
