sir , i don't have any documents related to the property because it is a paternal property around 100 years ago and we are residing there as well .i want to know how can i get the documents related to property

When did you constructed your house i.e. in which year. We can collect the documents from the revenue department. It is a big procedure and you have to bear some expenses. contact to my email.

You have to search / find when the property was purchased by your forefather and how?

Try to get the copy of the documents from registrar office and suit for declaration from all other legal heirs need to be filed.
