Non-bailable warrant

Dear Experts,
Thanks for your valuable advice!

Please advice how can I find out the Bank is going to the Court to get Non Bailable Arrest Warrant against me?

As the Bank or Court will issue Notice or summons to me before filling?

As I am informing, I am ready to pay the committed amount but I need 2 months time.
Please advice.

Better Meet the Bankers In Person and Plead for the Time Extension and Submit A Letter and Take Acknowledgement.Un Less and Until you are Confident Do Not Issue Any Cheque.Bank Could Certainly get NBW in casse they Wish.Only your Pleadings with them Could Help you Being It Is Lok Adalat Orders.
