Dear Experts
7 ladies are joined together and formed a charity in Sep 2015 in an apartment complex.
Can they run without registration?
Can they type the Deed in a white paper and sign?
If they do so, whether this is acceptable.
But they are planning to register in a few weeks from now.
Thanks

@Author, the registration of a Charitable Trust/Association is optional. But it is advisable to register the same under Societies Registration Act. A bye-law has to be prepared and got it signed by the members (not less than 7) and present the same to the Registrar of Societies (District Registrar). then only it is acceptable.
