sir my father in law made me sign on 7-8 blank paper and some post office ticket stick paper and now they are misusing these paper by writting that he has given his inherited jewellery of worth 30 lakes .i m very worried .so pls give ur worthy advice..

Meet your able lawyer and demand to return the papers on which your signatures are taken by force,as per you.

sir i m 25 year old .my marriage was on 21april 2015.after 1 month of marriage my father in law came to me and said in the name mutation of property to my name he made me sign on those papers bcz sir i was not familiar about mutation of property .i have never seen before any paper related to that subject so i believe on his word and sign on these paper .i couldnot realised his wrong intention and i sign over those paper .now my husband and my father in law filed an application in police station that i threaten them of lodging false dowry case against them ,domestic violence case .actually sir they are very clever person they always took my mob when they mistreet me .i could not able to understand there cleverness they always record my talks provoke me to be agressive and use those recording in wrong way

Beware of such steps in future. Try to adjust with your married life and save relation. In case of need discuss with some lawyer well wisher of your maternal home.

Immediately lodge complaint with Police about forcible signature taken on the paper. File complaint on the line of section 406 IPC.

actually after filling application in police station he talk vey politily on call and he never black mail me directly he use those blank paper whenever they need.
