Dear All Member

Kindly Help me with this. As i am ABC Company have given Payment To XYZ Company For out Of India Trip But but it got cancel so we ask for payment back at that time he gave us Cheque for the whole payment and said not to deposit it he said he will do the NEFT but whenever we ask for payment he say he need more time this is happening from 5 month
sir I want to know the steps that we can take legally.

If the cheque is dated then after 3 months it might have become invalid.

Show all record to an able counsel specializing in consumer matters and proceed further under expert guidance of your able counsel.
