Sir meri wife ne complanit ki hai ki mere ghar walo ne dowry ki demand rakhi hai.lekin jab maine cell me offecer ke samne recording sunai.usme iski meri saas ne bola meri ko ki kaam krne ki koi jrurt nhi.jab bi koi kaam krne ko kahe to keh dena mai bimar hu.ek recording me mere brother ne bi mere sasur ko bola hai ki hme dahej nhi chahiye.aap in sab cheezo par paisa waste na kare.to officer ne bola deepak app bekasur hai.ye recording apko bekasur sabit lr degi.meri wife ka apne boyfriend ke sath bhagne ka plan tha.jo hmne uske ghar walo ko bta diya.to unhone apni safety or ijjat ke liye ye case file kr diya h.meri wife bi mere sath nahi rehna chahti.meri wife ne apne boyfriend se 5 lakh rupees bi liye hai

Deepak, you have to challenge her false case in the court properly. You cannot file a divorce case against her now as one year period from date of marriage is not yet over.
If the police is insisting on FIR, better obtain AB and then fight your case.
