dispute with neighbours on boundary of properties

My father had constructed a house in 2003 afterwards neighbours had constructed their building after few year he came to know that one side of my house is only 59 feet where it is 60 feet's on the paper then we asked to neighbours then they are telling that their land on that side is 28 feet's in the paper and also by measuring it b we also known that it is 28 feet's only now what should we do please give me a advice to me

Ask for a FMB survey to be done by your Mandal Revenue officer for both your property and your neighbouring properties. In an FMB sketch, the truth will come out on where the error lies and then you can take next steps.
