Respected Experts,
I have a case where a woman has been arrested in Brothel case and sent to rescue Home (an NGO)Hyderabad. Now the problem is there is nobody to take her home. Her parents are not interested as she came to this prostitution filed without their consent. Her husband had died one year before. Only one person, late husband's friend is ready to release her, but the court is refusing saying that there should be some near relative.
In the above circumstance what to do, what is the procedure to bring her out of the rescue home. It is urgent matter. Your opinion is solicited.

1. You can urge a women welfare N.G.O. to seek her custody.

I have same matter, but in my case she is co accused and now bailed out.
If in this matter she is an accused seek the bail.
Otherwise appeal in session court under Sec 17(6) is the only remedy.

She is not accused, she has been shown in the list of Witnesses as L.W.2. In the Bracket it is written as Victim. She has been booked under Sec. 3,4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act R/w. Sec. 370, 370A(2) of IPC.
