1. First and foremost it is not clear whether the property is 'Ancestral', and on what basis you say that it is 'Ancestral'.

Assuming it is ancestral, please indicate:

1. In which year the property partitioned?

2. Whether your greatgrand father alive at the time of partition?

3. What is the basis on which you say that the property should be divided into 2:1:1. (Who will get 2, who all will get 1 according to you)?

property is ancestral and divided after death of my great grand father , the basis of claiming 2:1:1 is that my great grand father had two sons only .but property is divided among my grandfather and his nephews equally that is 1:1:1.
